I need that on my fri...I love that stop light idea. I need that on my fridge. Not having the scale go anywhere is frustrating. I find, for myself, that eating ice cream and stuff from the red section a few days can get me past a plateau. Kind of shaking my system up. The other thing I noticed that helped was my first week as mamavation mom was pushing to get 4 miles in every single day on top of my 2 week challenge.
